1. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery, unless lay-bye arrangements have been made.
• Lay-bye requires a 20% deposit with the balance payable over 3 months.
• We accept cash, EFT, and card payments at our store.

2. Delivery

• Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be quoted before purchase.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders within Cape Town, subject to availability.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
• Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. Warranty

• All products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
• Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
